She walked that day, a job to seek
Her children in
her mother's care.
Twenty miles on weary feet,
Her heart filled with despair.
Through life's many paths
Her
home and job she lost.
Her pride wont let her beg,
She will survive at any cost.
Her strength and courage
Are
to be admired.
Surely someone will see
And she will be hired.
Oh Lord, to you I pray,
Look upon this lovely
soul.
Provide for her, the help she needs
Once again, her life to be whole.
Guide her with Your loving hands,
Walk
with her through each step.
Bless her for the strength she has,
Let her know--Your promise You've kept.
